Cacao Ceremony recipe

Heat water (not boiling, max 70°C). Bring your Cacao in a small cup (110ml) add warm water, honey, mix with a blender or by hand. Connect with the spirit of Cacao.

Your Cacao is ready ♡

Dose for a Cacao ceremony
・2 tablespoons of Cacao (30g to 35g) per cup (110ml water)

Dose for a daily drink
・1 tablespoon of Cacao (20g) per cup (110ml water). Try adding maca, honey, curcuma, rose powder or cinnamon to your blend.

Suggestions:
It is recommended to start taking Cacao in small doses (20g per cup).

Cacao is a good replacement for Coffee, best to consume between meals.

Cacao Recipe for a good immune system Ingredients for 1 cup

35 g Ceremonial Cacao Amada Selva 
(2 tablespoons)
170 ml warm water
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
1 pinch of Curcuma
1 pinch of Pepper or Cayenne Pepper




Add the ingredients to your cup, add warm water (not boiling) and mix. Connect with the spirit of Cacao that will nourish every cell of your being. Enjoy.

Note: If you don't have any of the ingredients you can skip them, but you always need Cacao ;)

Suggestions: Cacao it´s best digested on an empty stomach.
Using cow's milk can change a lot the original aromas of Cacao, try to use only water or vegan milk and something sweetening.

From the Cacao bean to the block 
This Cacao is not industrial, it has been processed as little as possible, taking care of the fermentation process, drying in the sun on high wooden tables and a light roasting to make it apt for consuming. It is important that the roasting is just light and gentle to the Cacao, to preserve the variety of aromas, flavors and original depth of the delicious Cacao fruit.

What is tempering?
Is a process to make chocolate: To make the crystals look uniform with a solid colour, melting the cacao, controlling its temperature curve, cooling, heating and cooling to have a perfect uniform color.  
Each Cacao block is unique, has it natural beautiful shapes, handcrafted in small batches.

Ceremonial Cacao recipe

-Warm the water (max 60° to 70°C)
Bring 30grm of Cacao in a cup ( 110ml ) add warm water, honey and mix.

-Other option is to bring your Cacao in the blender, add warm water and honey, to mix well and achieve a creamy consistency.

♡ Try adding maca, turmeric, rose powder or cinnamon to your blend ♡

(For a ceremonial Cacao avoid use milk)

Ceremonial Cacao is as unprocessed as possible, the Cacao butter is not removed from the Cacao beans, and comes from a cacao forest, native to the Amazon or Central America.

Ceremonial Cacao has not been "tempered" (process that makes the Cacao crystals look uniform with a solid colour as chocolate, melting the cacao by controlling its temperature: cooling, heating and cooling to have a uniform color)


The Cacao seeds go to a stone grinder, which by friction the seeds become liquid and at room temperature solidifies, listo!

Peru hat die höchste genetische Biodiversität von Kakao in der Welt. Der Wissenschaftler Cheesman theorierte, dass der Kakaobaum im oberen Amazonasgebiet von Südamerika beheimatet ist.





Was ist zeremonieller Kakao?

Kakao hat zeremonielle Qualität, wenn er mit Bewusstsein für den Erhalt der Natur verarbeitet wurde und nichts von den Kakaobohnen hinzugefügt oder entfernt wurde.

Dieser zeremonielle Kakao ist die Frucht einer Arbeit in Harmonie mit der Natur, die auf unserer kleinen Familienfarm in Chazuta, Peru, entstanden ist.

Unser Kakao wird mit Herz hergestellt, wobei die Natur respektiert wird. Wir verwenden handwerkliche Verfahren, um die vollständigen Eigenschaften der Kakaobohnen zu erhalten. Dies ist Kakao in seiner reinen, traditionellen Form, der von alten Zivilisationen seit Tausenden von Jahren in Zeremonien und Feiern verwendet wird.

Kakao enthält die höchste Konzentration an Antioxidantien und Magnesium aller Lebensmittel weltweit. Kakao ist reich an Zink, Chrom, Theobromin, Vitamin C, Eisen, Magnesium, Omega-6 und mehr. Dieser Kakao durchläuft keinen Temperierungsprozess.

Jeder Kakaoblock ist einzigartig und hat seine natürlichen, schönen Formen mit der natürlichen Kakaobutter im Inneren, handgefertigt in kleinen Chargen. Direkt von der Kakaobohne zu diesem schönen, natürlichen, wilden Kakaoblock.

Für Kakaozeremonien empfehlen wir, unseren Kakaoblock zu verwenden

Wie man eine persönliche Kakao Zeremonie vorbereitet:

1. Öffnen Sie die Kakaotüte, schließen Sie die Augen und riechen Sie tief ein. Verbinden Sie sich mit dieser wunderschönen Pflanze, die im Dschungel gewachsen ist.

2. Brechen Sie den Kakao mit den Händen oder einem Messer in kleine Stücke. Geben Sie 2 volle Esslöffel (30g bis 40g pro Person) 100% Kakao in Ihre Tasse. (Sie können auch mit einer kleinen Dosis von 15g beginnen)

3. Fügen Sie Ihrer Tasse warmes Wasser hinzu (max. 70°C, kein kochendes Wasser), geben Sie zerstoßene Rosenblätter oder einen Löffel Honig hinzu und rühren Sie gut um, während Sie sich mit einer Absicht verbinden.

4. Setzen Sie sich an einen heiligen Ort; es ist ein Moment der Entspannung. Schließen Sie die Augen und spüren Sie die Liebe, die durch Sie schlägt. Kakao lädt Sie zur Meditation ein.

Kakao wird am besten auf leeren Magen verdaut.
