The Essence of the Retreat
Guided by the Grandmother Moon & Venus, together with the loving accompaniment of Rosy Kantu & Jessica Gernert, we return to the wisdom of our bodies and souls.
A rite of passage, honouring our cycles, our inner rhythm, we allow ourselves to rest, to grieve and to gently begin again.
To grow, to flourish, to rise.
We will honor the 4 archetypes in the life of a Woman, we will create together the sacred 4 altars, Andean tradition that comes from the lineage of Rosy Kantu.
By honoring our cycles at each rite of passage, we take care of our energy: The adolescent, the mother, the artisan / healer, and the wise grandmother. Our blood is the river of the earth. Our womb is a portal to life.
Singing is a natural medicine. A way to remember, awaken and reclaim the power of our voices.
Singing and expressing your voice is a way to get to know yourself deeply and can support you in any healing process.
Singing is a practice to remember that we are the Earth.
Through voice opening & singing circles we will discover and exercise our voice to become familiar with which has always been our birth-right.

Rosy Kantu
Rosy Kantu is a Peruvian artist and musician devoted to Mother Nature. Deeply connected to the Andes and the Amazon, her musical compositions are inspired by the wisdom of the Earth and her lineage. Rosy learned from the indigenous traditions of Peru, ancient rituals as sacred ways of connecting to Mother Earth.
Her blood family cultivates Cacao in the Peruvian jungle, where she learned to share Cacao Ceremonies.
She trained as a Doula and natural birth practices in the mountains of Cuzco-Peru, with Leonie Lange. She received a initiation in the sacred Moondance — a powerful tradition where women gather to dance under the full moon, reclaiming their connection to Earth and feminine power.
Through her work, Rosy guides others into deep relationship with plants, nature, and their own voice.
Rosy has led dozens of retreats, voice activation & singing workshops and expressive arts workshops.

Jessica Gernert
Jessica is a space holder for deep feminine healing, embodiment & remembrance. Through her work in women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, and 1:1 coaching, she supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, their truth & their inner guidance.
Her path is rooted in devotion — to the feminine, to the cycles of life & to the power of presence. Influenced by practices from the white & red path, such as Kundalini Yoga, Moondance, Work with medicinal plants and her own spiritual journey, Jessica creates spaces where women can soften, feel & rise in their authentic expression.
She gently guides women through processes of release, self-discovery & empowerment — helping them move from self-doubt and contraction into clarity, confidence, and embodied truth.
Her work is an invitation to come home to yourself.

🌹 We will honor the femenine 4 archetypes, creating the sacred 4 altars together, an Andean tradition that comes from the lineage of Rosy, honoring our cycles at each stage of our lives.
🌹 Through singing workshops, we will free our voices to discover our essence and receive the medicine of connection with mother earth.
🌹We will also learn about the plant medicine Cacao, from the Amazonia in ceremony, remembering the ancient wisdom of the jungle.
🌹 Sharing the beauty to support each other as women, helping one another to flourish and to believe in our gifts.

4 meals total: 60€ / Food & accomodation have to be paid on the day of arrival. We eat together.

If the participant cancels attendance to the retreat one month before beginning of the retreat we will refund 50% of the total payment. 3 weeks before the Retreat we can only refund the 20% of the total payment. Thank you for your understanding.
