Remember and listen to your true nature,&#38;nbsp;bringing offerings to Pachamama in reciprocity for all that she gives to us. &#38;nbsp;

We’ll visit &#38;nbsp;sacred places to receive the deepness and power of these sacred mountains, finding time to rest from fast life of the modern world, entering into a more calm and peaceful rhythm, inspired by indigenous families that live in connection with Pachamama.
The medicine of the Amazonian Cacao from Rosy’s family&#38;nbsp;
will help us to connect to our pure heart. 

We’ll meet in circles, where you will discover your authentic voice,&#38;nbsp;that is waiting to be expressed.&#38;nbsp;We will be staying at a beautiful retreat house, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, gardens, big mountains and peace.

We are a couple that loves nature,&#38;nbsp;create music together 
and share a big love for the Andean culture.&#38;nbsp;

Rosy is singer and peruvian artist, has lived several years in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.&#38;nbsp;She knows the Valley like the palm of her hand and is so happy to share this beauty with you. She have her spiritual teachers in the Valley. 
Erik is a singer, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Germany. 
He guides retreats, circles and concerts in a playful and deep way 
and is visiting the Valley&#38;nbsp;since many years, where he always finds
great inspiration for the creation of his Medicine songs. 

We have the mission to support and preserve the native Quechua culture,&#38;nbsp;
masters of ancestral traditions,&#38;nbsp;the guardians of lakes and nature.

Her blood family grows Cacao trees in the wild jungle of Peru, from them she learned all about Cacao and the magic of the ancient Rainforest. Deep connected with the Andes and the Amazonas from there she has the inspiration for her Music &#38;amp; Arts, she facilitates gatherings, ceremonies, concerts and workshops. Rosy has a deep connection with the native cultures of Peru, studying indigenous traditions and rituals for years, investigates ancestral techniques of weaving, painting, singing as a sacred connection with Mother Earth.&#38;nbsp;Rosy guides people to develop a relationship with sacred plants, the healing power of nature and cacao, to discover their expression and the ancestral connection to the Earth. 

She expresses her vision through her paintings &#38;amp; music, ' The Song of the Earth ' course, retreats, women's circles, one-on-one coaching and Cacao ceremonies.

The beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas in the Peruvian Andes 
is composed of numerous rivers that descend through small valleys, 
the main rive is “Vilcanota” it has numerous archaeological sacred sites 
and is inhabited by indigenous Quechua people.

Highly appreciated by the Incas due to its special geographical and climatic qualities. 
It is a place of great peace, natural beauty and kindness of native people who live very connected to the land.&#38;nbsp;Habitants still farming &#38;amp;&#38;nbsp;weaving by hand as in ancient times.
 

 In the Sacred Valley you find ancient villages as Pisac, Calca, Urubamba,
 Ollantaytambo and the beautiful&#38;nbsp;Machu Picchu at the end of the Valley.&#38;nbsp;

Extra information for your trip to Peru

LanguageLocal language in Cuzco is Spanish and Quechua.English is spoken in some restaurants and cafes in the city of Cusco.
Our retreat will be shared in Spanish and English.


Weather
February is summer in Peru.
On the coast, you can enjoy the sea, 
in the Andes at 2,500 meters above sea level, summer has its rainy days because we're at high altitudes.
However, February isn't the cold season,&#38;nbsp;it's the warmest season, with an average daily temperature around 20°C&#38;nbsp;- 18°C.
The coldest season in Cusco is June, July, and August.

Bring a rain poncho, warm clothes, hat, hiking shoes with grip.&#38;nbsp;


TransportationTake a flight from the city of Lima to the city of Cusco (flight time is 1 hour). 
It is possible to sleep some nights in Cusco city. From Cusco take a taxi to the Sacred Valley of the Incas (Pisac) the trip takes about 1 hour and costs 
about 20 € in taxi. We have recommendations of taxi drivers.

CurrencyThe official currency in Peru is “Soles”.It is possible to change Euros to Soles in “exchange houses”&#38;nbsp;in the main square of Cuzco city or in the main square of Pisac. There are machines to&#38;nbsp;withdraw soles or dollars in all cities of the country.

We recommend to have soles in cash, there are communities with beautiful handmade weavings to support that only accept soles in cash.

Recommendations&#38;nbsp;- Bring a hat and&#38;nbsp;sunscreen, the sun is really strong&#38;nbsp;☀️ in the heights.- Make everything slower to&#38;nbsp;adapt to the slow rhythm of the heights.- Eat light and healthy meals to adapt (avoid fats)- Buy water to drink (don't drink water from the pipes)
- Drink hojas de Coca tea in Cuzco, to acclimatize.- It is not recommended to eat in street stalls for health reasons.- Enjoy every second of the journey

"El retiro Heart of the Earth fue una invitación a recordar…
Recordar la belleza de lo esencial, el pulso vivo de la tierra, la sabiduría que se guarda en los tejidos, las montañas, los rituales y las canciones compartidas con humildad.

Fue una experiencia tejida con amor, en un territorio sagrado que me acogió de una forma bien amorosa. Fue muy lindo sentir como Rosy y Erik, ofrecieron este espacio desde el corazón, con entrega sincera, creatividad y devoción por la tierra que los inspira.

Lo más transformador para mí fue el encuentro con los Apus, las lagunas, y las comunidades que habitan esos paisajes con tanto respeto y dignidad. Poder conocer y compartir con personas hermosas que todavía viven muy conectadas y en relación constante con su entorno, con la naturaleza, fue un regalo que mi alma necesitaba. 

Recuerdo que en un momento pensé lo bonito que es que a pesar de vivir e un lugar donde la naturaleza es tan hermosa y a la vez dura, porque las condiciones para vivir allí, a más de 3000 metros de altitud, con un clima complicado, las personas son de las que tienen los corazones más cálidos y honrados que he conocido nunca.

Uno de los momentos más significativos para mi fue el despacho en la laguna de Quimsacocha junto al maestro Benito. De entrada poder conocer a un miembro más de la familia Apaza, siendo que he tenido la bendición de poder estudiar algunas de las enseñanzas de la cultura Q’eros, fue una alegría para mi. Poder ver su manera de hacer el despacho, tan hermoso con forma de corazón, su alegría, su cariño, su magia…La conexión con los elementos fue tan tangible que la lluvia se detuvo justo al finalizar la ofrenda… como si el cielo nos bendijera. 

También me llegó al corazón la visita a la comunidad de tejedoras de Pumak Wasyn, junto a la laguna de Piuray. Como nos recibieron con sus cantos y tambores, adornándonoslas con los collares de flores de Kantu… al recordar esos momentos aún se me escapa una sonrisa y mucha emoción. Conocer a doña Braulia, su forma sutil, suave y a la vez tan poderosa al hacer la ofrenda a la laguna me dejó en un estado de paz que nunca habia sentido antes. Y poder aprender sobre los tintes naturales y los símbolos tejidos con siglos de memoria viva… me hizo sentir en casa. Fue un portal de conexión profunda entre el cielo, la tierra y el linaje femenino.

Agradezco especialmente la calidez del grupo. Aunque no conocía a nadie, se sintió como una familia, donde el compartir fluyó con naturalidad y cariño. El amor de Rosy por su tierra, su arte y su cultura fue algo que se sintió en cada gesto.

Como toda semilla que comienza a brotar, el retiro tuvo su propio proceso de gestación y expresión. Y aunque algunas cosas podrían crecer o afinarse con el tiempo, siento que lo más importante estuvo presente: el amor, la intención y la magia de la tierra que todo lo sostiene.

Rosy is a Peruvian artist and musician, devoted to mother nature. She shares her music and prayers in concerts with her partner Aquario.&#38;nbsp;Her latest release is her song ‘Sagrada Luna’.&#38;nbsp;
Deep connected with the Andes and Amazonas, from where she has inspiration for her Music &#38;amp; Arts. 

Her path in music started in the school, studying percussion and folkloric dances that connected her &#38;nbsp;early with rhythm and music.&#38;nbsp;

In 2008, she deeply connected with medicine plants from the Peruvian Amazon,&#38;nbsp;which helped her voice to emerge,&#38;nbsp;finding her commitment to honoring Mother Earth and plants.

In 2010&#38;nbsp;she co-created with her friends the Music circle “Drums for Peace” in Lima, in front of the Pacific Ocean.  Hundreds of people gathered to drum and sing and this touched his life forever, the power of music and singing to create community.

In 2015, she lived in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, singing in circles and ceremonies.In 2017 she moved to live in Zürich, Switzerland.&#38;nbsp;

Since 2021 she guides singing circles in Switzerland and Germany, creating community. 
Since 2023 she is playing&#38;nbsp;with her partner and love&#38;nbsp;Aquario in concerts in Europe.

In 2025&#38;nbsp;the year that Rosy will turn 40 years old, she is recording her songs 
and ready to share her first musical album with the world
with the support and co-creation of Aquario and many other artist

Rosy has a deep connection with the native cultures of Peru, studying indigenous traditions and rituals for years. She investigates ancestral techniques of weaving, painting, singing as a sacred connection with the Earth. Rosy guides people to develop a relationship with plants, the healing power of nature and cacao. 
Her family grows Cacao trees in the jungle of Peru, from them she learned all about Cacao, flora, fauna and botanics of the Rainforest. My sharings are based on human connection, rituals &#38;amp; medicinal plants. In the Andean wisdom of my ancestors the word Ayllu means community and family, everyone support each other in the cultivation of the land, harvests, care of the earth, rites and festivities. If we all take care of the earth we can live in a better world. Working with love for Mother earth, we are part of one big family.Rosy Kantu has studied Visual Arts at The National University of Arts Argentina, she has exhibited her paintings in Europe and South america. She has a big passion for ecology, archeology, the history of Mesoamerica and Music. 
She expresses her visions through her music, “The Song of the Earth”, Women's circles, one-on-one coaching. Facilitates gatherings, ceremonies, concerts and workshops.

This Cacao is not industrial, it has been processed as little as possible, taking care of the fermentation process, drying in the sun on high wooden tables and a light roasting to make it apt for consuming. It is important that the roasting is just light and gentle to the Cacao, to preserve the variety of aromas, flavors and original depth of the delicious Cacao fruit.

	Ceremonial Cacao recipe -Warm the water (max 60° to 70°C)
Bring 30gr of Cacao in a cup ( 110ml ) add warm water, honey and mix.

-Other option is to bring your Cacao in the blender, add warm water and honey, to mix well and achieve a creamy consistency.

♡ Try adding maca, turmeric, rose powder or cinnamon to your blend.&#38;nbsp;
(For a ceremonial Cacao avoid use milk)

Dose for a Cacao ceremony・2 tablespoons of Cacao (30g) per cupin warm 110ml water.

Dose for a daily drink・1 tablespoon of Cacao (20g) per cup 
in warm 110ml water.Suggestions:
Start taking Cacao in small doses (20g per cup).Cacao is a perfect replacement for Coffee.

Guided by the Grandmother Moon &#38;amp; Venus,&#38;nbsp;together with the loving accompaniment&#38;nbsp;of Rosy Kantu &#38;amp; Jessica Gernert,&#38;nbsp;we return to the wisdom of our bodies and souls.&#38;nbsp;

By honoring our cycles at each rite of passage, we take care of our energy: The adolescent, the mother, the artisan / healer, and the wise grandmother. Our blood is the river of the earth. Our womb is a portal to life.

Singing is a natural medicine. A way to remember, awaken and reclaim the power of our voices.
 
Singing and expressing your voice is a way to get to know yourself deeply and can support you in any healing process.&#38;nbsp;
Singing is a practice to remember that we are the Earth.

Rosy Kantu

Rosy Kantu is a Peruvian artist and musician devoted to Mother Nature. Deeply connected to the Andes and the Amazon, her musical compositions are inspired by the wisdom of the Earth and her lineage.&#38;nbsp;Rosy learned from the indigenous traditions of Peru, ancient rituals as sacred ways of connecting to Mother Earth.

Her blood family cultivates Cacao in the Peruvian jungle, where she learned to share Cacao Ceremonies. 

She trained as a Doula and natural birth practices in the mountains of Cuzco-Peru, with Leonie Lange. She received a initiation in the sacred Moondance — a powerful tradition where women gather to dance under the full moon, reclaiming their connection to Earth and feminine power.

Through her work, Rosy guides others into deep relationship with plants, nature, and their own voice.&#38;nbsp;

Rosy has led dozens of retreats, voice activation &#38;amp; singing workshops and expressive arts workshops.

Jessica Gernert

Jessica is a space holder for deep feminine healing, embodiment &#38;amp; remembrance. Through her work in women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, and 1:1 coaching, she supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, their truth &#38;amp; their inner guidance.

Her path is rooted in devotion — to the feminine, to the cycles of life &#38;amp; to the power of presence. Influenced by practices from the white &#38;amp; red path, such as Kundalini Yoga, Moondance, Work with medicinal plants and her own spiritual journey, Jessica creates spaces where women can soften, feel &#38;amp; rise in their authentic expression.

She gently guides women through processes of release, self-discovery &#38;amp; empowerment — helping them move from self-doubt and contraction into clarity, confidence, and embodied truth.
